Patrick Koh is currently an Associate Division Director with ERA Reality Network Pte Ltd, leading and guiding a team of real estate consultants.
Patrick understands what it takes when dealing with probably one's most highly worth asset - Real Estate.
Having bought and sold properties for himself, he also invest in properties which gave him an insight and upper hand to understand the mindset of not just both the sellers and buyers, but the investors as well.
The outstanding results that he has delivered to his clients have led him to his promotion as Marketing Director within his first half year of joining the trade and gained him many accolades which qualified him into ERA Multi-Million Dollar Club since 2016.At the end of his 1st year of joining, he was promoted to the Division Management Team.Just in the year 2018 alone, he has transacted > 60 transactions.
Equipped with an aptitude for sales and having the tenacity to negotiate, dominate and manage all cases he took on despite all challenges, oppositions and complexities faced. As always, nothing stands in his way!
Patrick prides himself on being innovative and resourceful in giving his clients the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, market trends, comparative data and property values; and providing clients with a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today's market.
Prior to his career in the real estate, Patrick was an Accountant by training, a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), and has worked in the Finance sector with a few MNCs for about 9 years. His experience and exposure in the corporate finance has resulted in him a keen eye for financials which he leverages on today for his financial literacy to advise his clients when it comes to property purchase for ownership or for investment; to chart out his client's finances holistically and recommend the right approach to meet their requirements.
His next stint after the Finance industry was a role in Distribution Sales in an US MNC, leading a Business Unit across APAC for about 5 years before he switched to the career in real estate provided him sales management on negotiations, strategic marketing, branding and the various sales methodology under different conditions etc. in deriving optimal results.
Patrick is also a certified Mortgage Planner, Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner (SAMP™), to advise on tax policies that affect property ownership, CPF policies affecting property financing and policies that affect loans for property ownership and investment.
Being sincere, honest and straight-forward, Patrick is confident that he will be converting all real estate transactions into relationships that will last a lifetime; and that his clients will be pleased with his professionalism.
He is constantly upgrading himself with the right skillsets and updating his industry knowledge to be a trusted advisor.
